Village Arts and Education is a program offered by the WE CAN Community Institute to combine the arts with education and training for youths and young adults in community-based settings. WE CAN is currently developing an interactive storybook entitled The Youths Teach and Learn that will be made available (2010-11) for use by educators, tutors and parents.
